Trade-in online customers

  1. Send a message with pictures via social media or email forza.secondhandKRØLLALFAgmail.com. Provide your name and email address.
  2. We make an assessment and offer gift cards in the online store.
  3. The goods will be sent by post. You will cover postage, but will receive free shipping on your order(s). Goods will be sent to:

  4. Upon receipt, we will check the goods. If the check is OK, a gift certificate will be sent to the provided email address immediately.
  5. If the standard of the goods deviates from the information and images provided in the agreement, we will contact you. If agreement is not reached, the goods will be returned.
